where is the best place to get a new alloy wheel rim from or will it only be the dealers who can get them?

car is a VRS.

What is the OEM part number of the alloy rim?

 

This should be marked on the rear of the alloy rim, and look something like "6y0601025m"

 

Once you have the OEM part number, it's easy to order a new part from a Skoda dealer or search ebay using the OEM part number.
