Ahhhh.... In that case I can help ! I believe you can extend the 3 year warranty  but it's not as full featured as the oem warranty purchased with the new car. I think I paid just under £600 for mine ? Must have save me about £1500 so was well worth it.

Skoda should write to you about a month before the warranty expires offering you a special deal. Use the link and then choose whatever cover you want. 

 

In my case ( Octavia 1.4tsi ) an extended all component warranty with a maximum of 10k miles per year and zero excess was working out at £184 a year which compared to other warranties seemed very good value. You have upto a month after your std 3yr warranty expires to accept the special offer.
