Door lock cylinder broken (spinning)

Featured Replies

Hello all. Recently my driver's side door lock has faild, just keeps spinning and doesn't either lock or unlock. I have to use passengers side to open/close.

I bought a repair kit from ebay, but the cylinder isn't as the majority of videos or photos online, I can't remove any of its parts.

Anyone knows how to fix this? And if I change the cylinder for an original one, is it possible to keep the same key? I don't want to change all locks. Thanks in advance.
