So I bought a 2015 superb elegance today, although I believe it is the older model. I have set up BT and WiFi with my phone (Samsung s9) and the telephone system works can make and receive calls. However I can't get the BT media function to operate, it remains greyed out on the infotainment screen. Any ideas? 

Have you used the correct BT profile, I think there is one for just the phone and one that allows media as well
