Front bumper removal & ACC

Featured Replies

I’m looking to upgrade the Intercooler on my 2019 272 but before I start has anyone any advice on once I remove the bumper will I then have problems with the ACC ?

Im thinking possible recalibration but hoping not.

thanks

Removing the bumper will not impact the ACC radar.

Only the cover is attached to the bumper.  It is physically not connected or touching the actual radar.

U'll b fine.

I've already bought the Forge intercooler just wasn't sure whether taking the front end off to fit would interfere with the ACC. I'm assuming the front panel that the sensor is attached to has to come off so still unsure to be honest. I'm having it serviced next week at CLP in Sheffield so will ask their advice.

We're you happy with the service lowey?

I have sent them an email about a service for mine after last weeks **** up, but no response yet.

Definitely happy with the service at CLP , I’ll definitely be using them for all my servicing even if it’s a 200 mile round trip 👍
