Hi, has anyone fitted the underseat Fabia storage boxes into a Rapid/Spaceback?Just wondered if they will fit. I have the brolly storage under the passenger seat and some sort of shelf under the driver seat which is where i would like to put one.

Not fitted the Fabia 3 underseat storage, but I did retrofit the Rapid umbrella holder under both the driver and passenger seats of mine (I use them to keep water bottles in).

Thanks for the reply. The car came with an umbrella storage under the passenger seat and sort of a shelf/tray under the driver side for the hi vis vest. I just wondered if the cubby underneath the fabia seats would fit the rapid so i could fit one. If the umbrella holder fits between the rapid and fabia you would think the cubby would as well.

Looking at the picture of the Fabia underseat cubby, it appears to have screw points that would attach to the underside of the seat base, rather than to the floor mounts, so I think you might run into a problem there. Those mounting points won't be present on the underside of the Rapid seat base, as it is a very different seat to the one found in the Fabia.

I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. I had not noticed that the seats in the rapid and fabia were different. I had assumed that they were the same seats. I guess that puts pay to that plan. Kind regards
