Hello every1, i bought a skoda octavia 2011 and scanned it with a delphi ds150 diagnosis.

I got some fault codes readed and thought somebody of you had same problems,or atleast someone could help me further.

Faulty codes:

P012100 pedal demand sensor A circuit range/performance

Intermittent

00668  +30 voltage

             Below lower regulation limit treshold

             Intermittent

01314   engine control unit

               Check fault codes

                Intermittent

D40100    unknown fault code

Car is working fine but the fault codes are worrying me.

I thought about to buy a pedal sensor, question is do i need to adapt or code the new one to the ecu?  Or just plug it in?

Check the wiring/connection to the sensor.

I believe the sensor is just a plug in replacement, no coding required.

I'll try..

I was thinking to put one from a friends car too,he got a same skoda, dsg and same 103 kw engine. Only difference its not 4x4 and one year younger.  The worst problem is to get the pedal sensor out,the clips seems easily to brake..
