Pagid rear discs and pads - brand new!

Bought these about 3 years ago as I thought my rear discs and pads needed changing - garage said plenty of wear left so dumped them in the garage for another time.

Now on 103k and needed to replace one rear hub to get rid of an ABS fault, so thought I might as well get the discs/fitted at the same time - only to receive a scornful message from the the garage saying I'd bought the wrong parts and people like me supplying parts make his life a miseray etc etc etc :)

So - mine is a mk2, a quick Google shows the pads are possibly for the mk1 which at least aligns with the label on the pad - but I can't figure out (and hence say with any confidence) what the discs are for. Baffled either way as they would have originally come from Euro Car Parts and would have used my registration number to confirm. Grrr.

Anyway, not posting but free to any full freedom member who wants them - collection Bristol BS39

The discs are the 282mm variety fitted to rear of some mk2s and other vw audi group cars. Pads are Lucas style assume for same disc set up. Pop em on eBay. Your bound to sell them.

I've just recently bought a disc and pad set from them via their eBay shop, checking via message that they were the right pads. After fitting the discs I opened the pads box and found they were incorrect. They might be correct for some Mk2s as per the box, but they need to be Lucas calipers. See the Pagid brakebook:

Just saw the last post after posting this.

Indeed 282mm rear discs fitted to Octy2 vRS, Leon Cupras, a raft of Golfs (not just GTis). Again the Pagid list can help identify.

Thanks both, apologies for the late response - I didn't get any reply notifications for some reason.
