2006 Octavia. Just had new caliper and hydraulic hose fitted to cure sticking right hand rear brake - still sticking.

any suggestions would be appreciated

Has the handbrake been adjusted correctly? 

Try a rubber mallet and a broomstick, put the end of the broomstick against the caliper and then whack the other end with the mallet, it solved the issue on a VW Passat.

2006 is an Octavia 2 not an Octavia 3 - so may be better asking in the Octavia 2 forum?
