1.2 htp 2008 misfire possibly? Help.

Looks like that cylinder has had a loose spark plug in at some point, judging by the debris on the thread.

What do the other two look like?

No, that's running really rich, if the other two look the same then replace the ECT sensor and if that doesn't help replace the precat lambda probe.

Could it be a faulty TB?

Possible but very rare thing to have trouble with.

Can you do a compression test?

Oil pressure switch.

If I disconnected that shouldn't the oil light come on the dash?

Only if the engine is run at >1500rpm for a while. (Possibly with bonnet closed too).

Thanks, I don't that's the issue, is the ect sensor in the thermostat?

Yep, sticks out towards battery.

Could be timing related as my mum had the 1.2 htp and the timing chain jumped a tooth twice on two separate chains eventually killing the engine
