Item 18 here, four different part numbers depending on engine code and some other factors.

If those photos are of your car, are you sure it's not a problem with the wiring rather than the module?!

Valve block is its official title, but quite often refereed to as the vacuum box.

 

Doesn't look like a MK1 Fabia.

But please check that wiring near the box, it looks like it must be improved.
