did anyone manage to pre order a PS5?

I tried everywhere from 8am on and they were basically sold as soon as i tried to order. 

Think I got one of the last Digital Editions on Amazon this morning.

 

Work colleague came down and boasted about ordering one on Amazon (I'd assumed I'd been too late as when I looked when I got to work they had none available), I checked again and they had the Digital Edition in stock, so clicked a few times and spent a load of money. Went back to the page about 10 minutes after a friend was talking about being unable to find any and they were out of stock again.

 

Pretty much everywhere is out now though. Argos is going to get hammered tomorrow morning when they release their stock!

I see people have the pre orders on eBay already for £800

Yep I got one (Pre order) this morning, from Very catolouge. The only place that had them. Paid in full too! With them 

Looks like I'm going to have to try Argos once they go live tomorrow.

Thanks. I sat up all night waiting on the pre orders going live, refreshing my screen like some sort of loon. Put one in my basket and the site crashed after the payment screen, so i put it through again, at which point it froze again and then after a while told me the item in my basket id just paid for twice was out of stock. So after sitting up all night waiting, I'm now showing £900 down in pending transactions and still no console. Good Times!!

You could probably sell one on ebay for £900!

If i actually had one i probably could. lol.

I've never owned a games console or any games that work with them. Not sure if I missed out on something but it would explain why I have so much money in my bank account.

Must be me then thought games were for children and cars were for adults.

Swings and roundabouts. 
Some children play games pretending to drive cars and some adults drive cars and pretend to be children!!

Well, I mean, That kinda goes without saying!! 

Nothing wrong with a bit of practice on Forza motorsport or Assetto Corsa.

 Getting beaten by a small child in a KTM X-Bow around the Nordschleife would just be embarrassing.

Its a good bit of fun and my older daughter loves playing on it as well. We added the handbrake just before lockdown to play the WRC's. 

So now we are way better at "Left over crest, Straight, Through hedge"

I've not got a set up like that yet. However I am looking for a similar set up now haha. Looks like a lot of fun

I still don't have one. Just tried Very, but by the time i got to the payment screen they were out of stock again.

I'm starting to prefer X Box i think. 

I have a stock informer running, so ill get one at some stage. Maybe!! Probably not!!
