ONLY fog lights as DRL

Featured Replies

Is there any way to set ONLY fog lights to work as DRL? I have successfully turned xenon lights of when using DRL, but i can not turn off front and rear postioning lights. See VCDS screenshots of long coding helper in 09 cent elect. I don't have separate lights in fogs for DRL, i use main fogs/cornering lights, but I would like to turn off both front and rear positioning lights.

If you have bi-xenon with AFS, there's a separate bulb in the foglight housing for DRL. Not sure why you'd want to use the foglight itself as DRL.

That's really weird, I've got a separate bulb in the foglight.. essentially where you've got that expanse of plastic in the outer side of the housing.

@Zukabak I know, I saw on other superb and octavia cars driving around, but I don't have it. Maybe it is because my car is MY2008, idk
