Skoda connect what does this mean?

Featured Replies

Hi this is my first post hoping you Skoda experts can help or advise please. I have just done a vehicle health check on my kodiaq and it’s showing as 1 defect but it’s in the ‘other’ folder, should I be worried and what could it be please? Thanks for any help 938B0697-78B8-45FE-971B-6E9398811423.thumb.png.36f2d39a12db160322ee7258a4da0586.png

Wow, that’s helpful! Normally, it gives a brief description of what it’s found. If it doesn’t go away, I’d suggest getting a dealer to check what’s causing it.

Thank you. Do Skoda dealers charge for this? I can’t really afford to pay for it to be looked at, I really know nothing about cars so they see me coming a mile off and I end up paying for things I don’t need.

I’d call the dealer first and see what they say, another option, is to  try the skoda customer support help, though be warned that they are either brilliant or useless, depending on who answers the phone.

Ok I’ll try them in the morning thank you for your help

I forgot to add that If the car is still in warranty you can also call Skoda Assist, (it’s included).

They can come to home or work and connect a device to the car and see if there is any more information
