I picked my car up Saturday and it’s showing the same as yours WhiskeyJamjar. You will have to let me know how you get on.

When you press update software, does everyone else’s just say looking for updates forever 😡 and the only why for it to disappear is to turn off the unit and back on again. It would be nice for it to say if it had updates or not!!!

I have lost all my favourite radio stations. All I get is the add sign?  They are still saved as they have a star next to them in the full list. I can also scroll through them via the steering wheel. I clicked to add a favourite and they all reappear! Next day, gone again?

how odd, ive not had this happen....yet 😂 try resetting head unit (if you dont know) hold power down for about 10 secs youll see screen reboot

So my infotainment just decided to work again today. Popped up with a couple of notifications that the digital manual had installed successfully and some sort of map update was complete. That's when I noticed the little globe icon was lit and connected.

 

Managed to sign in as my user again (had to repeat the primary user process to get the app working) and all seems working as normal. Well, the internet radio isn't but it IS listed as activated as part of the included infotainment online package you get for the first year and my phone doesn't always automatically connect via Bluetooth without me selecting it from the list (I think this is more of an android issue though, I need to check with an iPhone/different android phone).

 

I'll leave it a few days/week to see if it's stays working as normal before calling the dealer to cancel though. Might just give them it anyway and see if they find anything. 

 

All a bit bizarre to be honest.

I reached out to Skoda directly folks. By directly, I mean DIRECTLY in the Czech Republic.

 

I have listed all of the annoying things about the car including Skoda Connect and so on..

 

They are well aware of the issues we are experiencing. They promised me they will get to the bottom of everything and will deliver and update soon.
