I’m having issues with the USB port on my Kodiaq,  I’ve tested several USB cables that work on other devices.  Issue seems to be intermittent on the USB port where port/phone drops out.  Is this a known issue for Kodiaq 2019.

Same here - Android phone,  Superb III. Almost impossible to connect if the car is moving,  as if vibrations prevent it.  Sometimes (rarely,  but still) even loses the connection, I need to stop the car if I wasn't to restore it.
