Head unit upgrade

I have a 2012 Blackline with the Amundsen+ head unit. I had Bluetooth enabled, which I think just need a mic installing in the roof?

What options do I have for an upgrade, without losing functionality like nav heads up on the maxidot, dab, satnav and Bluetooth?

I'm really looking for a better satnav system and better Bluetooth support, the Bluetooth on the Amundsen+ is pretty basic, can't even browse music on the phone.

Hopefully it's something easy like a head unit swap, if it needs anything like a Bluetooth module (under drivers seat?) or vagcom I'll need to find someone in the area who knows what they're doing.
