Slight beeping noise under acceleration

Hi all, 

 

New to this forum and Skoda ownership... 

I have recently purchased a 1.6 TDI Octavia. 
 

Under light acceleration I get a faint beep in the cabin, the noise can’t be heard outside the car. 
 

It happens in all gears and when stationary. 
 

Has anybody come across this before? 

Just to add, the noise is continuous

i have this as well, I thought it was just me hearing things .
