Evening all,

 

I was just wondering what everyone’s thoughts were on the standard led headlights? We didn’t opt for the matrix as it was such an expensive option.

 

driving the car tonight it dealt at times as though the lights weren’t even on.

 

car is going in on Tuesday for all the software issues and a few others things too

i have standard lights and had no issues at night

Thanks for the reply. I guess going from a 2018 superb with xenons I was expecting the leds to be brighter

I had a 2018 Superb with xenon before I got my Octavia here. Light is about the same at nighttime. I’m happy with the led.

Perhaps a silly question but are you certain the headlights were on and it wasn't just DRLs?

Yeah lights were on, maybe I have just been too used to the bi-xenons that were on the superb. The light emitted just does not seem much at all

The matrix headlights with high beam adjust don't work properly. Had the update last week and they still blind opposite direction drivers.
