Just a quick request for anyone who knows what the Gear ratio's for the Fabia 1.9TDi 100bhp are.

Just kinda interested to knowing the technical details

I'm very sad,

but heres a Excel file to see how fast you will go at each speed in which gear against engine speed.

Just fill in the bold bits, the tyres size are standard VRS wheels

140mph @ 4500rpm in 5th

Its about 4100rpm @ 140mph in sixth on the short ratio'd vRS 6 speed box. Don't know how I know this... :confused:

When I tested my 06 Fabia RS the SPEEDO showed max speed 225 km/h (equals to 140mph) at 4200rpm on a standard car, so i don't think the real speed at 4100 rpm wold be even close to 140mph (remapped yes, but not on a standard car).

Thanks for the help with this matter..... I have to say the excel calculator put up here, though helpful, are sadly not that accurate.

When on the Toyota Owners forum, I found a posting with a very good EXCEL calculator that has to be 99% accurate based on my motor as reference. You can also compare two cars on this one side by side
