Rear coil spring (1 blue 1 yellow) part number needed to replace on a 1Z5 2010 Mk2 Octavia Vrs Estate

Featured Replies

Sorry, I missed this. We have both been doing same job on exact same car and age :)

Front and back springs and Bilsten shocks all round

Mine had 1K0411105DA on front and 1K0511115BS , however they were red, red, red grey on front. I had lots of faffing with parts.

In end I went for Sachs springs (not the best, but had part numbers)

Front 998 411

Rear 994 454

Drives like a dream though, now :)

Brilliant info Thank You.Yes I know what you mean- the suspension parts are a minefield of lots of different variations.

I’ve gone ahead and ordered Vogtland 35mm lowering springs for all 4 corners, seeing as I have to do the whole job all over again.

Thanks again.

That must be so frustrating :(, I hired a Milwaukee cordless impact gun from  Speedy for the fronts. Amazing tool. Quite cheap to hire too.
