Hi guys hoping someone can help my 56 plate fabia  1.2 htp conk out last Saturday got the car recovered and the guy put it on his diagnostic machine which brought up 1 fault code which was the number one coil had failed. I got a new one on Sunday and fitted it but the car still wont start, I have done some more checks which have showed that there seems to be no spark thats with the new coil and new spark plug there is fuel getting to the sparks but nothing happens. Any suggestions would be great.

After you replaced the ignition coil did you remove the fault code with the diagnostic machine? Also have you tried moving the faulty ignition coil and spark plug with one that works?

Your fault is with coil 1 which you have replaced so try swap it with coil 2 or 3 which you know is fine and see what the diagnostics machine says.
