Store loads fine on mine. Nothing in it worth buying anyway. Have you got privacy settings at the minimum? 

Privacy i have set to all on , ie the far left icon. I did this to see if i could get access as the first time it said i had max privacy on. Suppose it will take time to learn the features. Loving the matrix lights. I worked out how to get them working in auto. Great to see the beam changing for different roads. 5 yrs from now we will be in electric autonomous cars , wishing we could still drive turbo petrol. Cheers for the advice bud , its a great forum.

I checked my steering wheel , i dont have that button , its just blank, maybe the UK are not getting as standard or the earlier cars got it and the late 2020 builds didnt

 Strange. I think I haven't seen a car without it.

It's still part of the spec, and was in December when I ordered mine as well (rim temperature controlled)...not sure but is there an option to turn it on in the infotainment - in which case it may be that you've had the wrong steering wheel fitted?

Good point about the infotainment. In the climate settings you can set the heated seats/ steering wheel to come in automatically when it's cold. See what's in there. 

Hi again , checked the clima menu and  no mention of heated steering. Is it just random , some get it some dont? Well, i await the dealer response after their contact with Milton Keynes HQ.

Seems weird. Like I say when I ordered mine, I say ordered it was built and in a UK port, I couldn't see it listed as standard spec. This was mid December. But mine has it. 

Yeah mine has it but it was at the port in December so built much earlier.

Changed this setting today so that wheel and heated seats come on temp depending. Can we set what external temp activates them at all as couldn’t see this ?

I couldn't find that, but it is a nice touch with it coming on automatically

Not that I can see. I can skoda decide what temperature cold is 😂
