No sound when phone plugged in with Bluetooth on android auto

Hi,

I have had intermittent issues with the android auto. It manly happens when I plug the device in to use sat nav and the data, Bluetooth & GPS are activated, I get no music what so ever, so tonight I clocked on the sound settings and found this.

the sound will be made available again at the end of the phone call or announcement or once you have finished parking

Anyone else have this issue, I have tried uninstalling the app and factory resetting my bluetooth and smartlink, this has not resolved the issue.
