same as 7zap.... so yeah, im gettin  BDs... And matching dampers

 

gknautomotive.com lists both versions for the Octavia MK2 1.6TDI hatchback. The 1K0511115BD version has an 11.25mm wire diameter, whereas the 1K0511115BE version is stiffer with an 11.75mm wire diameter. The BE version is for things like towing a caravan, and it will give a harder more uncomfortable ride in normal use. It's best to stick to the standard BD version unless you really need stiffer rear springs.

yeah, i dont have a towbar. tbh i dont think the 1.6 has enough guts to do much towing anyway... just my opinion of course..

  occasionally load the arse up, but not enough to go stiffer day to day. 

 

well, sachs springs, sachs dampers, febi buffer/dust cover kit and sachs top mounts now ordered..

Suspension work completed. What a difference ! Now the other jobs
