205/55R16 7.5J ET45 steel wheel in my Estate 2011

7Jx16 ET45, it won't be 7.5J

There's also a 6Jx16 ET50 option for the Superb MK2.

Yes, for the steel wheel it’s 7J not 7.5j. The part number if the OP is looking for genuine used on eBay and stamped into the centre near the hub hole  3C0601027M/N. A number of them seem to be 215/55/16 but mine is definitely 205. I have had the Octy 2 16” Vega alloys on the Superb also, they do look a little small though!

The OE steel space saver for the Superb 2 is 6Jx16 with a 205/55/R16 94V tyre. The one above is probably the one for the Superb 3. If you're not picky, any of the OE wheel sizes fit in the wheel well, though the 18 pushes up the carpet a bit.

Guys, was a spare wheel an optional extra? I have an inflator and a bottle of foaming gunk in my spare wheel well which I'm not a fan of. Was there a space saver or steely option as pictured above. I don't like driving around without an emergency option to change to.

This foam insert with jack, wheel wrench, etc. is for the Octavia MK3. It might fit the Superb MK2, as they appear to use the same spare wheel mounting bolt. 1025CZK is about £34.47

It might be worth seeing if a local Skoda dealer can get the correct spare wheel foam insert and jack/wheel wrench, etc. for your vehicle.

For the spare wheel you could use a 6.5Jx16 ET46 steel rim with a 205/55R16 tyre, again from the Octavia MK3. There are other options such as a 6Jx16 ET50 with 205/55R16 tyre, as this is an approved winter tyre size for the Superb MK2.
