Standard on the facelift SE :)

  • Author

hi sasha, i thought those nice looking cloth seats are the standard ones?

The Superb has a funny set of options in terms of seats.

The base cloth seats are fitted to the S and PFL SE. (They only offered the FL S for MY2020, it’s since been dropped).

These seats are fitted to the FL SE.

The half leather/alcantara seats are fitted to the PFL SE Business/SE Tech and SE-L Executive.

The full leather seats were optional on cars with half leather and standard on the L&K

Then the SportLine and SportLine Plus seats are half leather/alcantara sports seats.

that's interesting because there is an se tech superb on a 20 plate with 9k mileage for £20,900 its in rrg skoda bolton, its alot more than i want to pay but atleast its got 2 years warranty left, rather than 3 months warranty which is what the 17 plate i was going to see this week, its all about peace of mind with me3 months warranty is crap really, but that bolton car has leather seats and look light some kind of upgraded lights have a look for me and let me know what you think?  i might be able to get it for £19,800.

Better check in the flesh if the 3d diamond effect is more an optical illusion or really raised.

The facelift SE and above have the LED lighting and it’s Matrix LED from SE-L and above :)

Our September 2020 reg (August 2020 build) iV SE Tech was fitted as standard with leather seats, exactly the same ones as the SE-L ones.

Never liked London, unfortunately I'm not allowed to fly abroad at the moment.

Does Scotland and Wales have Capitals? ;)

Be careful or one of our Scottish residents will be along shortly and we'll all be having trouble understanding what is being said. ;)

Scotland and Wales do indeed have capitals, unlike scotland and wales.

Should capital have a capital C ?

Full marks to our Franco expat/emigrant (don't know which one is his preferred description). Capitals used on the proper nouns and not randomly in the middle of a sentence as per @mandpalthough I may be wrong as english is not my first language....

Obviously, I won't but some of our less capable English residents might well encounter that problem.

FL SE-Tech and SE-L now have leather. Missed that one out :)

Oops! Just checked @Schtum profile.

Should have kept schtum, or should that be shtum?

That seat material looks like a wipe clean padded commode cushion

Great for urban town centre taxi drivers!

My 2018 SEL exec has full black leather (they were standard as per brochure of the time) but I recall at the time of ordering there were short term supply issues with certain combinations, beige leather was temporarily unavailable and half alcantra/half leather was supplied FOC if requested.

Mine came with some stretch marks/sags in the drivers base and the rear passenger centre base, which for some stupid reason I thought might just go away in time. But they never did and now I'm stuck with it.

Likewise, my SEL Exec came with full black leather as standard on a 2018 MY19. I think there was a choice of 'leather' colours too.
