Has anyone seen this message and how do you get your radio working again.  You cant adjust the volume at all

 

 

You might want to add a larger image, that ones tiny and basically unreadable

It says "The sound settings will be made available again at the end of the phone call or announcement, or once you have finished parking"

Have you left the battery disconnected for 10 mins to see if that makes a difference? Also exactly what type of software update are we talking about
