My 1.4Tsi  gets around 47mpg (calculated not from car computer) on motorway driving at 70-75mph. Lower speeds on A roads like Glasgow to Skye and back 52mpg. Without any effort to be economical. I'd expect the 2.0Tsi to get similar.

Nice. Was about to pull the trigger on a 1.4 and then has some probs, as per the earlier thread. I think the 2.0 is a good chunk thirstier on paper but will be interesting to see. Our mileage is only around 10k now so it's not the biggest deal. Shame it's not an estate but everything else stacks up so happy with the compromise overall.

I get the same from mine.

I don't think the 2.0TSI will be anywhere near as frugal.
