So I was driving home on Friday, and was confronted with the air bag error light coming on. Pulled over and turned it off and on again lights comes back on. Went and picked the little one up from nursery, came back to the car and still the light persisted all the way home with the occasional ‘STOP’ coming up on the dash.

 

Called out Skoda assist / AA and now I have a car that works for a few days. Let’s see what happens. 

Had the same a lot of times. 
Most times it go away, but two times a reset with vcds was needed.
After 8 month I hate that car, every day something fail.

Any update with yours mate? Had the same situation happen to me today, only had the car just over a week with less than 300 miles on the clock!

These software screw ups or comms errors are no laughing matter now that they are affecting critical safety systems.
