I pluged in a Bluetooth obd and got this when car is off or in idle

And it changed to these two when i reved the car 1st one when i reved the car 2nd one after i let go of the rev

Stick to the plan and clear that code once done.

This code don't show up on the stored codes when i check for any codes nothing comes up this is on the live data

The screen dumps I'm seeing are "narrative entries", not fault codes.

Hi i just changed the 4 spark plugs and 4 coil packs the problem still there i start it and it dies straight away if i give abit of rev it sounds perfect above 2000 but if i rev it to 1000 it sounds like a missfire and if i let the rev go it sometimes recover but dies again what can it be??? 

If there is some local to burton on trent with a vcds that can help me out that be great

UPDATE 

I cleaned egr vavle, egr pipe and throttle body with carb cleaner left it over night put it all back together today and its working perfectly now took it for a drive for 20 mins no problems at all hope it stays running Thanks for all your help 

Plus where the egr connects to mainfold i shoved a screw drive up there cleaned that out aswell

2 month update same problem again it happened few days ago it done it for few minutes then i turned it off left it for 20mins and it started fine but now its just like before i cleaned like before but no change with any ideas thanks 

Plus no codes showing up either
