A big job and quite a headache.  Do you have access to a lift etc ?  Would be interested in hearing how the repair goes and if that cures your problem.  Good luck!

No lift but am borrowing the pit in a friends sous-sol (a drive in cellar) otherwise it was going to have to be on my drive

Yeah, thats a very good point.  I can't remember what one was the culprit (Sachs or LUK) but it is well documented on here.  I made sure when they replaced the clutch due to the slave cylinder failure that it was the clutch that hadn't been reported with all the failures.

 

 

Sachs I think?
