What?

"2005 skoda fabia vrs parts"

"skoda fabia vrs this auction is for the vrs front badge which is slightly damaged we will be putting the rest of the parts on ebay off this vehicle over the next few weeks!"

Nothing wrong with that

Therres nothing wrong with it, but I think they have deliberately put pictures up trying to fool some people. Theres no actuasl picture of the badge anywhere.

Alot of people list damaged/breakers cars as a single item for cheapness then say see shop for the rest, keeps listing and ebay fees to a minimum.

My point exactly

Its cheeky, but not illegal.

Its not fooling anyone bar people who dont read the auction properly, its actually quite clever.

Check out the sellers eBay feedback, it's hilarious

Nothing wrong with the description.

It's not misleading at all , and the whole point is that people can contact the seller about the rest of the car

i wouldnt want any bit of that car, after finding out about the deaths involved in the incident. would make me squemish to think i was sat in the same seats as someone that had just died in them. of course only IMO and plenty of people will see some of the parts as a good deal.
