Jesus, start by clearing all that nonsense.

Tell us what the car is actually doing rather than what that ridiculous smartphone app says it's doing.

Im not much of a car guy so please bare with me. First are missfires that i can literally feel specially on idle. I got the obd reader just today and when i used it the missfires misteriously lightened. At times the car runs smoothly that i thought its not turned on until another engine hiccup.

If your misfiring, then first port of call with an vRS would be a new set of plugs "Imo", then see how she goes from there, but in truth even if you don't fit new plugs yet, a mobile app that does not tell you which cylinder is misfiring is pretty useless to be fair.

Ideally you need a decent diagnostic report with VCDS or similar.

PS some of those P codes seem a little odd.

The only permanent fault in that list is P189C, the rest are intermittent.

Below is Ross-Tech evaluation of this fault :-

P189C/006300 - Ross-Tech Wiki

It seems there is a common problem on this gearbox where the casting for the gearbox mechatronix pressure vessel cracks, so looses hydraulic pressure & causes the malfunction of the mechatronix.

Many repair kits available on eBay showing how common this is, but a relatively cheap repair considering.

p189c vw | eBay

So common that VW Group have no interest in failures of DQ200's from 2012 in the UK / Europe that were after the Service Campaign '34F7' World Wide Recall ones that come between the 'Service Campaign' on 2013-2015 ones.  '34H5'. Software Update because of Heat / Pressure issues.

Obviously in Australia the courts would rip VW Group a new hole so there they do the right thing.

Have to say that the casing failing like it does is clearly a design error as the part is simply not up to the  job.................should never be any question about fixing this under warranty conditions.

Yeah. Getting the kinergo kit for my mech. Hopefully it fixes the issue.

@UrbanPanzer  There were some that questioned fixing under warranty, but when you had a warranty you could argue the toss, take legal advice and action and get the fix.

Trouble is that Mk2 Fabia vRS or other Mk2 Fabia with DQ200's were last produced in 2014 and some first registered in 2015.

Hence 3 year Manufacturers Warranties last valid on them would be in 2018 in the UK & 2017 is some World Regions, that is unless there was an extended warranty purchased.

Skoda UK have even knocked back claims by some of those with Skoda Approved Extended Warranties by them, or the Car care ltd ones.

Goodwill gestures are rare when it comes to VW Group accepting that the 'known issue; and fundamental Design or manufacturing or material fault is a fault of theirs.

In the United Arab Emirates the OP might have had more luck with Skoda if the car had not been part of a recall or Service Action.

There were some countries where there was another 'Recall Action' carried out where the DQ200's that were not covered by '34F7' or '34H5'.

................................................................................................................................................................

DQ200's produced late 2012 are very prone to issues, covered by neither Service Campaign.  (there are others between 2009-2012 and then 2013-2015.

This Members Mum was lucky with her Late Build CTHE which was still covered by warranty when it leaked.

@Sittingbullhad what is only too common an experience.  His is an inbetweeny 2012 DQ200.

@e-roottoot im actually way pass warranty. So i guess im out of luck with this one? My fabia has that sticker in the boot. I think its the 34f7. Still tho mech is bad.

In China and other world regions when there was a world wide recall which excluded Europe VW group have the DQ200,s a 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty extension.  So be sure to check that did not include in your country.  Many in Europe that had 34F7 have needed new MCU,s since or clutch packs but that is the luck of the draw sadly.  VW care nothing about owners in Europe or countries where governments or courts will not act against them.

Ps. 2012 when the World Wide recall happened it was a service campaign only in New Zealand and was only a few hundred cars but everyone had the oil changed, a new Mechatronic Control Unit and software update.
