Disorganised or what? D M Keith Service

Featured Replies

They have had my Karoq since 9,30 this morning for 3 Year service , MOT etc , and fault on stop/start button.

Just had a phone conversation telling me that they have just found a couple of fault codes that require a flash update that will take several hours!

I struggle to understand why it takes until 4 oclock ,to stick the car onto the computer , especially when it went in with a fault logged.

Now it looks like I wont get my car back today because there's not enough time left to do the update, and if I'm lucky ! they will try and squeeze me in tomorrow.

As an aside anybody else had problems with stop / start button not responding ?

There have been incidents of the stop, start buttons falling, I believe it needs changing not just sorftware.
