My radio station logos disappear when I change the preset saved stations i.e. if I rearrange stations I already have logos for. Is this normal behaviour for an Amundsen unit?

No it is not. Some might be missing and can be downloaded from the Skoda portal and installed manually via SD or USB, but they should not be disappearing.

 

Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the unit restarts, This is a soft reset and might help. You will not loose anything.

Yes, I had this issue with a older firmware release on our Amunsden units - post a message in the Amundsen firmware update and see if there is an update for your system.
