Noticed the tail pipe on mine isn't quite in the middle of the oval shaped moulding on the bottom of the bumper. I've seen other Fabia vRS like this - and also many with the pipes dead centre.

I'm now completely paranoid as I 'kissed', and do mean 'kissed' a car whilst reversing :eek: (still getting used to driving the car) - and as the pipe sticks out I am worried I've caught it. I really don't think I have - but I'm paranoid. Really paranoid :eek: . Can't belive I did it :eek: . not a mark on the bumper though :confused: .

So, bottom line - is it easy to get the pipes in the centre? or is the whole think welded together? Should I just live with it being slightly off centre?

We were talking about this at the Scottish meet last night, Brian from Starperformance was there and commented on the fact that he is astonished at the amount of fabias with squint tailpipes, So I dont think you are alone

Having only had the car for a week - just don't know if I'd noticed it slightly squint. Paranoia says it was spot on until I mashed it. But it would have to be really weak - as it was a kiss!!!. I've pushed it around a bit with my hands (and the dampers are rock solid and have give - so I guess I'm just one of the bent ones LOL!

mine not dead centre, I've also caught it a few times...............nout has broken on it so far! lol

The mountings are pretty flexible - grab hold (when cold) and see if it'll move slightly.

get a fancy custom tailpipe
