I configured  (logged as main user in with a pin) some settings like:

- home address (navigation)

- show signs in the map (navigation)

- air condition settings 

 

When I use the car a next time all the settings are reset to the default setting.

Is this normal behavior? 
If not what is wrong?

Its not normal but its what every Octy 4 does 

Do you know how we can register this bug or send a feature request to Skoda support? 

Im sure they know all about it. My guess is they will solve all the Golf 8 probs before they touch us. Dont think the dealer will help either as i think they are kept in the dark and cant re-code this **** show. 

Call SKODA UK and make a complaint , tell them you want a resolve and if not first 2 services free or a reduction in your monthly fee lastly if you can be bothered go down the rejection route.

 

It will get fixed but not any time too soon
