2020 superb iv updates stuck?

Featured Replies

Hello.

I recently bought an 2020 superb iv sportline. Love the car but there seems to be some bugs that is a little annoying.

Its an mib3? Columbus unit (touch only) it seems that the previus Owner have not installed any updates as i now have been notified of available update and installed this 3 days in a row. (have had 3 updates across 3 days) i tought i could manually look for updates and install so i get the latest versions.

However if i go into settings and locate the search for update button it just keeps looking and looking but without anything happening? Left the car on for more then 2 hours but still no future messages or anything 🤔 kinda seems stuck when doing so?

Also i randomly get sos error message from time to time? Vcds shows module fault. But when the car stay still over Night its gone the next day to suddenly appear again a day or 2 later.. Traffic sign camera also randomly trows out some error now and then that goes away 5minutes after 🤔 and yes cameras and car is clean.

What is the latest system version for the MiB and navigation? Would like to see what version i am on compare to whats the latest 😊 thanks.

Also on a side note. Any one been sucessfull to get the drl menu activated with vcds? Would love to have a little different drl style then stock. (led strip with fogs on during daytime) not sure if i also can get the multiple veritcal strips to light up with daytime drl also 🤔

Thanks again 😊👍
