Brake Caliper Screws (11)

Featured Replies

2016 Skoda Octavia mk3 Vrs 220 CHHB

340mm brake discs leads me to believe the brake callipers are the C60 variant.

I’m losing my mind here, paid the 8 euros for ErWin everyone preaches on and on and  on about.
No use at all! Saying Screw, needs replacing gives me 0 information about it when there are millions of screws in the world and no one on the internet has even heard about a bloody Skoda.

I need to replace my front brake pads, I need to remove said screws (11) to access the pads. This is saying they need to be replaced each time.

what in the world are dimensions, part number, name, rough size of this bloody screw so I can get them out and in without wasting more time and money. Every parts website I’ve tried said what they have won’t fit a Skoda which sounds ridiculous.
Shouldn’t be nearly this hard

ErWin doesn't do parts info, not sure who suggested to you that it does.

Just munching dinner, will try to find the relevant ETKA page for you shortly.

Item 8 here, I think (from this page: floating caliper brake; version - Octavia(OCT) [EUROPA 2016 year] (7zap.com))?

Part number WHT 003 250, M8 x 22. Not sure what the MK indicates, maybe referring to prefitted blue threadlock stuff?   Sometimes these are included with pad sets, I think?

ErWin for HOW

ETKA for WHAT

Some pads come with a caliper screw as part of the kit.

Going straight into my notebook.

Definitely used my hour on ErWin to secure enough screenshots to make it worthwhile.
