Future of engines and transmissions

Hello! 

I am proud owner of 2020 1.5 TSI with 6 speed manual. Really like the petrol version, except stupid eco mode with its vibration when accelerating lightly. When I put together my octy (last year summer) , i accidently saw, that RS version was available with 2.0 petrol + 6 speed manual, but now it is only available with DSG transmission. 

My question is:

Can anybody answer if 6speed manual will be available again? And how long there will be available simple engines without hybrid versions? Because thats the reason I choosed manual + petrol right now (DSG came with mildhybrid only). 

I am afraid that soon there wont be such options to buy "oldschool" versions of powertrains.
