I've fitted a replacement bonnet to my Octavia but the passenger side doesn't sit properly like the drivers side. It's up slightly and not sitting as close to the headlight/bumper as it should.

 

The gaps at the purple and green areas are larger than the other side. Is there any adjustment on the bonnet?

Yes and no. You adjust the bonnet to wing gaps sideways by slackening where the hinges are bolted to the bonnet and swinging it fractionally.

 

The height adjustment you seem to want is probably effected by screwing the left hand bonnet stop/buffer lower.
