Can anybody tell what is causing this noise in the center of dashboard?

The noise appears when engine is not running, only ignition is turned on and i turn on or off the auxillary heater.

Car already went in to local dealer who greased the climatronic flap motor, but this didn´t solve the problem.

The car was warmed up before shooting this video.

I had the 2000rpm buzzing, did the DSG Gerbox reset procedure ( Ignition  on, push accelorater pedal to the floor for 10/20 seconds)
