Hi i am having troble refitting the three legged bracket back onto the engine block after a timing belt change. Any tips or is it just me,

after wasting a day being rough with it and upsetting the neighbours f ing and blinding all day i gave up until the next day .

 

i went out and stared at it for 10 mins the next morning . lifted one end slightly and it dropped into place. go figure.

For anyone reading this in the future. When dongg the belt take the dogbone out aswell allows you to lift the engine much higher and makes removing and refitting the bracket very easy.
