Getting an erratic vibration/juddering when pulling away in first. Getting harder to get the bite point smooth.

 

No slipping or burning clutch smell, does this sound like a clutch on the way out or something else, and does the car have a dmf which is best replaced at the same time?

DSG definitely have, manual not sure, I've seen both SMF and DMF listed on Skoda-parts.com for 6 spd manual.

 

It would make sense that ACT would demand DMF.

You're confusing DMF with DPF.

DMF Ken...   dual mass flywheel, not DPF

i have the same issue and according to skoda technician, it should have Single mass flywheel on manual gearbox.
