Just to close this one off. Spare key reprogrammed and now working.

 

They also replaced the rear light cluster which kept fogging up.

      Only one manually operatable lock I think. Looks as if Skoda couldn't be arsed to RHD it. Next model we might see something daft like zero manual locks.
