Has anyone ordered or seen this before? Company called street performance crew in CZ. Drive mode select and engine start buttons retro fitted to the steering wheel? 

 

Seen a few like this now.

It would look really nice in a RS. But I'm really wondering how can they code in these buttons since the computer in the new Octavia is so restricted.

 

I did a bit of research, you get the buttons that are no OEM, and you need to cut up your steering wheel trim to set it up. You get a control box that you plugin behind the stock start-stop button and same for the drive select. Basically you are rerouting the buttons.

You can't reroute drive select button since there is no physical button for this anymore in the mk4.

I would love they would make the RS a little bit sportier. Such as adding these two buttons to the steering wheel, option to have a single rev tacho, 4x4, louder exhaust, etc. Something similar to what Cupra and Golf Rs have. 🥰
