Will the Columbus fit the mk2 Octavia? And does it have Bluetooth 

Yes & No.

Yes it'll fit (provided you get a new fascia maybe to suit the different shape) and no it doesn't have Bluetooth. None of the Columbus do.

Hi, do the Bluetooth modules come with wiring to install them?

No, sorry. That would be bargain of the year as the loom costs £30.
