Noticed recently that I get a bang sometimes when engine is revving hard and gear changes. Sure I read on here somewhere that an upgraded engine mount can cure this issue??

 

Anyone have a link or recommendation??

has your car had the timing belt done ?

if it's a tdi,  the engine mount gets removed to do the belt, not sure about the tsi engine though,   check it's been tightened back up properly

Cambelt is due this year. 67 reg. 47k miles. So I dont think it will have been touched.
