Hi all

 

could anybody recommend a good set of brake pads for my Vrs 2.0 diesel? 
I want some good quality pads to install.

Can't go wrong with Delphi or Brembo as OEM replacements. I've run both on loads of cars and had no issues. 

 

GSF Car Parts stock both brands, worth dropping them a message to make sure you get the right ones unless you already know the PR code.

 

 

I use TRW and got them very cheaply from autodoc

Do you have 312mm or 340mm diameter front brake discs?

Wouldn’t recommend  the brembo pads. They knock a bit Sometimes in the carrier. The trw pads are a perfect fit (the callipers are trw I think). Would avoid pagid. Just had to replace my rear pagid pads as the material had come away from the backing

Unless you're doing anything other than day to day driving in your car, OEM pads are sufficient enough.
